At Trigelow, we keep things simple and transparent — just like life by the coast. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Where We Ship

Trigelow currently ships within Australia only.

At this stage, we don’t offer international shipping — but it’s something we may look at down the track.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods or new product drops, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders using reliable Australian courier and postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery is outside our control.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you track it down with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Trigelow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can sort it out quickly.
