At Trigelow, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work — simple, fair, and in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will:
- Offer a replacement, repair, or refund
- Cover return shipping costs where applicable
Please email us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
We accept change of mind returns if:
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original tags are still attached
Please note:
- Change of mind returns are not eligible for a refund
- You may choose an exchange or store credit
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is faulty or incorrect
We’ll get back to you with return instructions as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping
Trigelow currently ships within Australia only.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
